Process of Ordering a Custom Mouthguard

For orders within Metro Manila, including the filled-up order form, you may provide us a date that suites your availability so we can book a teeth molding appointment.
For orders outside Metro Manila, after we receive the payment, we will ship your EliteGuard Impression Kit. Once the kit arrives to you, follow the easy directions provided in the manual in taking your own teeth mold. The process takes about 5 minutes to complete. Once done, follow the page of instructions on how to return the impression kit.

With proper care and no changes in your dentition, the materials used in your EliteGuardCo mouthguard are built to last. Regular cleaning is essential to extend its usable lifespan. For individuals under 15 years old, dental structures may still be changing, which can affect fit — in such cases, a replacement is recommended once the guard no longer fits comfortably. Additionally, to maintain hygiene and avoid bacterial buildup, we advise replacing your mouthguard annually, especially if not cleaned consistently.
